Refund policy

Starting May 15th, 2026 we will be transitioning to an all sales final policy. Our team and store just isn't big enough to handle returns/exchanges at the moment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: Swimwear, Undergarments, Bras, Socks, Hats, Cosmetics, Shapewear, etc. 

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

All sales final.
